Free panniers on BMW R1200GS and Adventure models

BMW is offering free panniers on the R1200GS and R1200GS Adventure models for a limited time.

Customers will be given a set of BMW panniers which suit their chosen bike, with R1200GS buyers offered a set of expandable Vario panniers worth £541 including VAT, while Adventure owners will get Aluminium Panniers worth £672 including VAT.

The offer covers both the standard R 1200 GS and R 1200 GS Adventure machines as well as the special-edition R 1200 GS Triple Black.

BMW GB’s Tony Jakeman,said: “Overland touring is one of the key strengths of BMW’s range of adventure sports bikes. With this offer of complimentary panniers, we are making touring on the R 1200 GS and Adventure models even easier and, of course, more affordable.”

The offer applies to new R 1200 GS and Adventure models purchased and registered from 01 May 2011, for a limited time only, and includes locking kits for both sets. Pannier fastenings for the Adventure are available separately from BMW Motorrad dealerships.
