"MV Agusta F3 should double sales"

MV Agusta boss Giovanni Castiglioni’s main priority is the new three-cylinder MV Agusta F3 675cc supersports bike, which he says is already ahead of schedule.

The first bikes will go into full production in September, with the first 200 being Serie Oro (Gold Series) bikes that will be collector models and much more expensive than the standard machines.

Castiglioni said: “At the moment we are not taking money for the F3 but we are taking orders. From across the world there have already been hundreds of people placing orders so we understand how important the F3 is for the future of MV. It should double sales.”
