Yamaha R1 replicas to be delivered by Rossi, Lorenzo & Spies

Four very special MotoGP-rep R1s have been offered for sale by Yamaha France and immediately snapped up by buyers.

And no wonder: at €16,990 they’re only a grand more than standard, look awesome (especially in Tech 3 colours) and they’ll be handed to their new owners by the riders themselves!

It’s a cruel popularity contest in which Colin Edwards appears to have come off worst – at the time of writing his is the only bike not sold. Rossi and Spies reps were the first to go.

All the bikes will be handed to buyers at the Le Mans round of MotoGP on 23 May.
