New Motus MST-01 uses muscle car engine

The idea of a US sports bike may soon be realised, and in true American style.

This Motus Motorcycles creation is in the final stages of design, and uses an engine borrowed from American muscle cars. 

The MST-01 sports tourer uses the “KMV4” engine based on a model used by Corvette. Motus claim the 90-degree V-twin will make around 160bhp.

Not to ignore practical concerns, the bike will come with a 22litre fuel tank and luggage options. You’ll even be able to buy the engine separately if you fancy creating your own two-wheeled muscle car…
