Milan show: 2010 1198r Ducati Corse Special Edition
Updated: 19 November 2014
MCN man Andy Downes is currently in a Ducati press conference at the Milan Show, where the company’s chiefs are revealing the 2010 range.
Downes has sent back first details: “The bike you see here is a special edition of the 186bhp Ducati 1198R, which is essentially a rebadged 1098R. The 1198 will come with both S and R versions and will have an alloy tank and Termignoni silencers as standard.”
The special edition follows in the vein of this year’s Ducati 1098R Bayliss replica a £29,995, 180bhp hommage to Troy Bayliss’s World Superbike championship title.
More news as we get it, and a full round-up in next week’s MCN out November 11.
