BMW S1000RR spotted at NW200

An eagle-eyed www.motorcyclenews.com user has spotted a BMW S1000RR road bike inside the BMW display area as they were setting up for this weekend’s North West 200 race.

The arrival of the bike just a week after the official unveiling of the bike at the Monza round of the World Superbike series is the first time the road bike has been seen in the UK.

There are even rumours the bike may make an outing on the road during the weekend with a BMW test rider on board – the first time anyone outside BMW would have seen the road bike in action.
