The KTM SMT is possibly the world’s greatest all-rounder. It was practical and comfortable enough for MCN’s Andy Downes to pick it up from the Austrian factory and ride it 1020 miles back to MCN HQ for testing in just 15 hours. At the same time, it boasts 115bhp and the kind of suspension and chassis you normally have to buy a sports bike for.
