Aprilia RSV4 available from May 14

The awesome Aprilia RSV4 Factory superbike will make it’s UK debut on May 14 with 38 dealers across the country hosting open evenings dedicated to the RSV4 Factory.

Guests will be able to view the bike in the metal for the first time and those who wish to can place their order to become an RSV4 Factory owner.
 
An Aprilia statement says: “Aprilia Racing has built the most powerful and innovative engine ever seen in supersports motorcycling – a super compact 999cc 65° V4 cylinder engine designed with one goal in mind: to win.

“The new engine produces 180hp and uses ride-by-wire multimap technology, allowing the rider the ultimate in power delivery control.

The Aprilia RSV4 Factory’s racing roots also show in the design and build of the compact chassis, which is fully adjustable and allows changes to the wheelbase, the height of the swingarm pivot and the position of the engine.

“The Öhlins Racing forks and rear monoshock complete the unique state-of-the-art technology that ensures the RSV4 Factory sets a new benchmark in the street legal superbike sector.”
 
The dealer open evenings will be held at long list of Aprilia dealers from 6pm onwards on Thursday 14th May.

The RSV4 Factory is priced at £14,999 (excluding first registration fee and government road tax).
