Harley Davidson XR1200 now in UK dealerships

Harley Davidsons flat-track inspired XR1200 motorcycle has now arrived in Harley Davidson dealerships around the UK.

The XR1200 is styled on the flat-track Harley Davidson XR750, which is the most successful racing motorcycle ever built.

The XR1200 features Dunlop tyres, Showa suspension and Nissin brakes and is priced at £7,655.

Harley-Davidson and Buell UK Marketing Manager Greg Willis said: “This is a very exciting time for us,”

“The XR1200 is a completely new direction for the Motor Company, but based on the racing success of the bike’s predecessor – the XR750 – we are expecting a lot of interest in the motorcycle.

“It’s also a great opportunity to welcome new owners and sports bike riders looking for something more unique into the Harley-Davidson brand.”
