New Piaggio Carnaby 125cc scooter goes on sale

Piaggio has revealed its new Carnaby 125 scooter – on sale now for £2411 on the road.

Italian firm Piaggio is out to show that riding a scooter is a simple option for commuters, selling the Carnaby on its easy of use.

The Piaggio comes with the firm’s “Easy Start” system claimed to make sure the engine starts quickly in all weathers, plus its “Easy Park” combination of both centre and side stands. Options include the “Easy Cover” – a leg cover that directs air from the radiator to the rider’s legs – the “Easy Bag” legshield-mounted luggage and the “Easy Box” clip-on topbox.
