Moto Morini's MM3 concept Multistrada rival shelved

After giving the MM3 concept bike an early thumbs up, Moto Morini has made a u-turn and decided not to go ahead with the bike.

The bike used the 1200cc v-twin with fly-by-wire throttle, traction control and ABS in a road orientated package, but Morini has since considered the market and decided that the bike won’t work. Don’t give up on the idea of a stylish Morini all-rounder though, as the R&D department is pushing ahead with a machine much closer to the dual-purpose BMW R1200GS and Benelli Tre-K instead.
