Scorpa's road prototype

French off-road manufacturer Scorpa has unveiled this new road-going prototype.

This latest design is designed purely for the road, with a flat-track style based around a 660cc Yamaha single producing around 45bhp.

The styling comes courtesy of French bike designers Boxer, and a simple steel chassis and basic components makes it an easy bike to develop.

Testing is currently underway, and if it goes well a production version should be available for 2008.
