Smoother 06 VFR800

The 2006 VFR800 has updates to its V-TEC system for smoother performance, according to Honda.

The sports-tourer also gets minor cosmetic updates for 2006 – with clear indicator lenses front and rear.

Adjustments have been made to the V4’s VTEC response “rounding off rough edges” according to Honda.

Bodywork detail changes are slight:

There are new body-coloured inserts between the front cowl’s headlights – replacing the black panel it used to have.

New clear indicator lenses

New gradated windscreen tinting

New black paint on the Pro-Link damper’s spring releases

Silencers now feature ‘hairline finish’ replacing the polished finish of the current bike.

Optional extras include panniers, top box, indoor cycle cover, carbon-look upper triple camp cover and carbon look instrument panel.
