Ducati launch Bayliss rep

Ducati is going to launch a road-going replica of World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss’ machine.

It will be a 998 with the red Infostrada paintscheme, not the silver one the Aussie rode in the final WSB round at Imola in September.

Ducati has confirmed the bike’s existence, but full details won’t be available until next week.

It will be the third replica Ducati launched this year, following a UK-only Hodgson rep and a 998 which was painted with Ben Bostrom’s choice of stars and stripes for the U.S. market.
