Marco Bezzecchi takes us on a pictorial trip of his premier class career

If there’s one rider that is adding colour to the 2023 MotoGP championship, it’s Marco Bezzecchi.

The 24-year-old Italian surprised everybody with a dominant first MotoGP victory in a rainy Argentina and then, three races later, did it again at sunny Le Mans.

Bezzecchi remains the surprise of 2023 with two wins, third in the championship and all on a one-year-old Ducati…

This was your first MotoGP. How did it go?

“I crashed because I had an issue with the brakes. But still it was a great weekend. I was impressed by my own speed. It was like a dream come true. Every rider dreams about going to MotoGP and it was one very big emotion. The result was not the best but it was the start of a great season.”

You ended up Rookie of the Year, finishing 14th, but you also recorded 23 crashes. Did that worry you?
