Motorcycle premiums have risen by nearly 10% in the last six months and are matching a trend which has pushed car premiums higher than ever before, according to AA Insurance. Norfolk Police is stepping up its response to nuisance riders on mini-motorcycles in the Mile Cross area after complaints from residents. Youths are regularly spotted riding across Sloughbottom Park, causing problems for walkers.
