Motorcycle trackdays return to Silverstone in 2025 with three dates priced at £329

Following a hiatus in 2024, motorcycle trackdays have once again returned to the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit for 2025 – allowing bikers to experience the same 3.66-mile layout as the stars of MotoGP.

However, unlike many other tracks across the UK, the Northamptonshire venue is currently displaying just three events for the year – all priced at £329. These come with a three-group format and a 102dB ride by noise limit, with the events taking place on May 27, June 16, and August 13 respectively.

By comparison, the next car trackday at the venue will take place on the National layout on Saturday, March 8, with events running all the way through to Friday, November 14 on both the National and GP layouts.

Prices for four-wheeled days stretch to as much as £999 though for the circuit’s ‘Premium’ dates – limiting vehicles on track to 65, and laying on both breakfast and lunch.

“We were finding that our existing bike trackdays product was not proving as popular as we needed them to be,” Managing Director of Silverstone, Stuart Pringle told MCN at the start of 2024. “We’re going to take some time to look at the needs of our customers, researching the options and then we’ll be bringing back track action for our two-wheel customers.”

The new pricing structure currently makes Silverstone one of the most expensive tracks to ride a motorcycle on in the UK this year, with leading trackday vendors No Limits and MSVT already offering a vast array of UK circuit choice for 2025 for considerably less.

By comparison, Donington Park GP – home of the British World Superbike round, and former home of MotoGP – is currently available with both companies for over £100 less in May.

MCN approached Silverstone about the possibility of further dates, however they are yet to comment.
