Racing sensation
Quickly becoming one of the most popular competitors in MotoGP thanks to his wild riding style and exuberant, happy-go-lucky personality, 20-year-old Acosta will fly directly from testing his new factory KTM MotoGP bike in Thailand to London’s ExCel, ready to entertain showgoers.
In a rare opportunity to see the Spanish sensation in the UK outside of the racing paddock, all Saturday visitors will have the chance to witness Acosta break free from the racetrack and wow the crowds on the MCN World of Bikes stage for unique interviews about his success so far, bursting with insights, behind-the-scenes stories, and a few paddock secrets too.
Acosta is one of MotoGP’s hottest properties, despite only being in grand prix racing for four seasons. He has already secured two world championship titles, the first in his rookie Moto3 season as a 16-year-old, and his second in the intermediate Moto2 class in 2023, before stepping into the premier class with the Red Bull GasGas Tech3 team in 2024.
This year will see Acosta compete in the official KTM Factory Racing squad onboard the KTM RC16, fighting to become MotoGP World Champion. If he does, Acosta will become the first rider in history to secure a full house of Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP titles.
Best of Britain
Acosta won’t be the only racing star to grace Excel’s halls. Going head-to-head in ‘Live Action with Bridgestone’ around the purpose-built mini-indoor flat track grid throughout the event will be eight of Britain’s biggest racers, including 23-time Isle of Man TT winner John McGuinness MBE, TT lap record holder and British Superbike star Peter Hickman, and renewing their rivalry from the 2000 British Superbike title fight will be Chris Walker and Neil Hodgson.

Bringing pro flat track talent to proceedings will be FIM World Flat Track Championship competitors Tim Neave and Jack Bell.
Bikes and banter
