Honda UK launch Adventure Roads special edition of the CRF1100L Africa Twin

Honda UK have just announced the launch of not one but two new limited edition versions of their CRF1100L Africa Twin.

Limited to the UK buyers only, the new ‘Adventure Roads Edition’ is being produced to celebrate the successful conclusion of 2024’s Honda Adventure Roads Event.

The Japanese marque’s latest organised annual adventure bike tour to exotic locations saw 30 riders take on a 10-day adventure of a lifetime to Morocco.

The new version of the bike will be limited to a total of just 75 examples, available in either standard or DCT transmission form and all with electronic suspension.

They will all come in the classic Honda ‘Tri-colour’ scheme of red, white, and blue, receive an individually-numbered plaque, ‘Adventure Roads’ wheel stripes and tank logo, and more.

You also get an array of genuine Honda accessories including crash bars, engine protection bars, extra fog lights, and an aluminium radiator guard, all for just a £1000 premium over the price of the standard model. This brings the manual version’s price to £15,699 and the DCT to £16,899.

Honda has been running their Adventure Roads programme since 2017. The first event saw riders’ journey to spectacular Nordkapp in Norway, the northernmost point of mainland Europe deep inside the Arctic Circle.

Subsequent events took in South Africa in 2019 and Iceland in 2022. While next year’s 2025 Adventure Roads event has already been announced as a ride from Rome to Istanbul, will be available to 30 Africa Twin riders and take in a variety of terrain over eight countries and two continents!
