Triumph to celebrate 20 years of the Rocket 3 with special owners event at Elvington Airfield

Triumph are celebrating 20 years of the Rocket 3 muscle cruiser by hosting a special event, inviting existing and aspiring owners to ride their bikes on the Elvington Airfield runway.

Titled, ‘Rocket Launch’, the event will take place on September 18 and is open exclusively to Rocket 3s. For just £10, attendees can enjoy unlimited, flat out runs down the two-mile airstrip aboard their triple cylinder muscle bikes.

A limited number of Rocket 3 Storm models will be available to give owners of older Rockets a chance to try the latest iteration too. The event is being run in partnership with Straightliners.

Spectating is free and all riders will receive a commemorative printout showing their registered speeds across both the half- and one-mile interval. They will also receive a sticker and photographs from the day.
