Sinnis introduce seven-year unlimited mileage warranty in the UK

Sinnis Motorcycles have launched what they say is the first seven-year, unlimited mileage warranty in the UK.

The service will also include 24/7 breakdown cover for the first year of registration, as well as covering time and labour charges at any authorised workshop – with a Brighton-based warehouse holding thousands of spare parts, ready for next day delivery.

“We believe that motorcycle riding is more than just a hobby – it’s a way of life,” said Drew Irvine, Brand Manager. “We want to provide our customers with the best possible experience on the road, and the seven-year warranty is a major step forward.

“With this new warranty, riders can explore the world with confidence, knowing that they have the support and protection they need to get the most out of their motorcycles.”

The impressive seven-year warranty period is more than triple the standard two-year option offered by most manufactures and more than double the three years offered by BMW.

Kawasaki offer customers the option to extend their warranty for as many years and miles as they like with the Warranty Plus scheme, but it comes at a cost of £295/year for machines up to 850cc and £345/year above 851cc.

What’s more, the offer can also be transferred between owners should the bike be sold on – which given the small-capacity nature of the Sinnis range is very likely to happen.
