Royal Enfield are back in black

Royal Enfield have released two blacked-out model options for their 650cc-twins – the Continental GT and the Interceptor – at the Lyon Motor Show.

The new stealthy variants will feature blacked-out engine and exhaust parts in addition to cast alloy wheels and tubeless tyres, new switchgear, a USB charging port, an all-new LED headlamp and new tank liveries.

The Interceptor 650, will be available in paint options Black Ray and Barcelona Blue joining the existing colours Mark 2, Sunset Strip and Canyon Red.

The Continental GT 650 is also available in two new blacked out paint versions – Slipstream Blue and Apex Grey. These will be offered alongside the current line-up of colourways – Mr Clean, Dux Dulux, British Racing Green and Rocker Red.

The updated 650 Twins are on-sale in UK dealer showrooms now, costing £6,599 for the Interceptor 650 and £6,799 for the Continental GT 650.
