Steve Parrish calls time on his MAD Tour

Steve Parrish will perform his last one-man M.A.D show in February 2023 after a decade long run, it has been announced.

Everyone is familiar with the former racers on track successes but the M.A.D tour sees Parrish shed light on his off-track antics including the time he ended up in a Hong Kong jail for blowing up a brothel.

Parrish’s teammate during the 1977 Grand Prix season, Barry Sheene, is quoted as saying: “If he was to set up his bike as well as his victims and had put as much effort into the bikes as he did the intricate pranks he pulled on people he would certainly of been a World Champion.”

The last show will take place at Saffron Screen, Saffron Walden on Friday, 17th February from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £22 with Parrish raising money for the Essex Herts Air Ambulance Service.
