Thieves take over £20k of stock from Maidstone Harley dealer

Thieves have stolen over £20,000-worth of stock from Maidstone Harley-Davidson after breaking into the dealership in the early hours of the morning on Thursday, October 8.

Biking gear was the target of the theft – the majority being jackets designed for female riders. Staff are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward and make contact.

Speaking about the incident, general manager Harry Pearce said: “This incident has certainly hit us hard during already challenging times, but we’re extremely grateful for the huge amount of support we’ve had from people sharing news of the break in. We hope this will assist us in locating the goods.”

Upon discovering the theft, the shop team took to Facebook to appeal for help. Since then, the post has been shared over 2000 times. Anyone able to assist the Kentish store should call on: 01622 711950.
