Sammy Miller MBE wins Lifetime Achievement Award

Sammy Miller MBE has been awarded a Lifetime Acheivement Award by the Transport Trust for his dedication to the preservation of motorcycles and motorcycle heritage. The award was presented by HRH Prince Michael of Kent at the Brooklands museum.

After retiring as a motorcycle racer, Miller set up a motorcycle parts business in Hampshire in 1964, with a collection of his old bikes in the corner. This went on to become the motorcycle museum, which now holds hundreds of bikes.
