Get rid of the cobwebs and watch racing on two, three and four wheels at the Leicestershire circuit or even sign up to race yourself. You can escape the family and go it alone, or take them with you; under sixteens go free with a paying adult.

MCN Senior Online Reporter, Dan Sutherland who attended the Plum Pudding event in 2017 and will be going again in 2018 said: “What better way to spend Boxing Day than watching a mix-matched collection of motorcycles and cars being pushed to the limit at Mallory Park, all in the name of fun?!

“Rather than being sat on the sofa with indigestion, I will be heading to the event again this year to witness a plethora of bikes, ranging from 125 BSAs to exotic Ducati Panigales, do battle in a series of races.

“It’s a great spectacle – made all the more enjoyable by the fact that most racers are clad in festive outfits, such as Elf and Santa costumes, draped over their leathers.”

Adult tickets cost £11 in advance or £13 on the gate, which opens at 8:45am. Practice starts at 9:45am and the racing itself is at around 11:30am.
