Suzuki announce Buildbase GSX-R1000R race replica

Suzuki have announced that they will be producing 50 limited edition Buildbase replica versions of their Suzuki GSX-R1000R. With a paintjob mimicking the race bikes ridden by Bradley Ray, Richard Cooper and Billy McConnell, they cost £19,999 (£3,700 more than the standard bike).

And it’s not just a slick coat of paint, you also get a numbered fuel tank, Yoshimura R11 SQ exhaust and a range of genuine accessories like engine case savers, brake and clutch guards and a double bubble screen.

Already an impressive machine, the Suzuki GSX-R1000R boasts almost 200bhp, a compact aluminium beam frame and electronics package to keep you on the straight and narrow.
