Honda’s carbon CB1000R
As well as the exotic Fireblade Custom Concept, Honda also showed a CB1000R at the recent Tokyo Motorcycle Show which they have built in partnership with Yamamoto Racing and Magical Racing.

The brief seems to have been simple: swap everything possible for carbon-fibre. With that in mind, it has a Yamamoto Racing exhaust plus Magical Racing carbon-fibre side covers, front mudguard, swingarm cover, undertray, seat cowl (plus alcantara leather seat), wheels, bars and mirrors. All this has seen it shed 5kg compared to the stock bike and look a lot sexier!
