Video: The world's longest motorcycle burnout

On May 20 this year, Polish stunt rider Maciej Bielicki set a new Guinness World Record for the longest motorcycle burnout with a distance of 2.78 miles, and now the record has officially been recognised.
Bielicki set the record on a Harley-Davidson Street Rod on the roads surrounding Rzeszów, south-east Poland, and even had to negotiate crossroads and a roundabout! The bike was completely standard, as was the Avon Storm 3D X-M rear tyre – both conditions for the official world record.

The record attempt was recorded on video for officials, with organisers using a special infrared camera to confirm that the rear tyre kept spinning for every inch of the course.
