Ducati Enduro Academy dates announced

The dates for Ducati’s Enduro Academy for 2017 have been announced, and the course will run throughout June and July in the grounds of Nipozzano Castle, near Florence, Italy.

The Enduro Academy is designed to help students to learn or improve on proper off-road riding technique and for the first time this year the Multistrada 950 will be available to ride alongside the bigger Multistrada 1200.

The DRE Enduro Academy will once again be run by former Dakar rider Beppe Gualini. Beppe will teach participants the right techniques to traverse obstacle, emergency braking on loose surfaces, and how to handle the weight of the motorcycle on uneven road surfaces.

Obstacles include:
– Slalom
– Balance beam
– Emergency brake
– Steps
– Uphills and Downhills
– Balance exercise
– Off-road track

All those taking part in the course will be able to hire all protective clothing necessary, and family members are welcome along to either watch the training or explore the local area.
