Build custom Venhill brake lines online

Cable and hose specialists Venhill have now made it even easier for you to get the perfect brake hose for your bike, with the introduction of their new Line Builder online tool.

The Line Builder allows customers to the length and colour of hose and fittings required, then order that hose direct from Venhill in just a few clicks. 

There are many connectors, adapters and banjos to choose from, and all can be supplied in chrome, black chrome, or stainless steel. There are a range of colour options for the hoses themselves, including black, green, purple and white. If you prefer the look of a standard steel braided hose Venhill offer that as an option, too. Hose lengths range from 100mm to 2400mm.

Once you’ve built your perfect hose the team at Venhill will produce, test and dispatch it from their UK factory within two working days.

Venhill hoses are built with a teflon core, which Venhill say offers mugh higher resistance to heat than budget nylon-lined brake hoses, ensuring efficient fluid flow. Venhil”s stainless steel braid is marine-grade to prevent expansion from pressure and protect against damage. The braid is bonded to a PVC jacket to protect it from corrosion and scratches.

Venhill build all their brake hoses to exceed DOT requirements, and every hose that leaves their factory is pressure tested to 1500psi.
