TomTom Vio adds stylish navigation to scooters

Satnav experts TomTom have revealed the Vio, a smartphone-connected satnav system designed primarily with stylish scoter riders in mind.

The circular device connects to your smartphone and displays turn-by-turn navigation information both on the screen and via a Bluetooth audio system. The touchscreen on the device also works with gloves.

Should you get a call while using the Vio you’ll be able to take the call via your headset, with navigation continuing on screen. Features from TomTom’s dedicated satnavs such as speed display and speed camera warning also work on the new Vio.

The snap-on silicon cover on the rear of the device comes in six colours – black, red, blue, yellow, green, and pink. The TomTom Vio is available now priced at £149.99.
