Indian Scout 'Touring' model spied
Published: 28 June 2016
This new touring version of the Indian Scout was spotted testing in the USA last week and shows the next stage in the development of the range.
The Indian Scout has been a fairly big success for the reborn American brand and takes a 1200cc water-cooled V-twin and slots it into a new cast aluminium chassis and running gear and has been aimed at a younger crowd than the bigger cruisers in the Indian range.

This new model will expand the practicality of the Scout by adding a tall windscreen, pillion seat and a luggage rack on the back mudguard. The test bike pictured is covered in test equipment for emissions and fuelling checks.
We expect this bike to be available later this year as a 2017 model.
