Guy Martin to star in F1 TV show

To launch this season’s F1 coverage Channel 4 will broadcast a one-off programme with Guy Martin and ex F1 driver David Coulthard going head-to-head, pitting Guy’s Tyco BMW S1000RR superbike against David’s V8 Red Bull.

The adrenalin fuelled challenges include a drag race, a brake test, a slalom, a full circuit race – and physical and mental tests in the pit garages. This one-off programme produced by North One Television will be broadcast on Channel4 on Thursday 17th March at 9pm, ahead of the first race weekend of the F1 race season, which kicks off on March 18-20 in Australia.
