Sixty Bikes For Sixty Years!

Welcome to MCN’s greatest debate yet

MCN has caused a huge mix of celebration and consternation over its 60 years by shooting from the hip when it comes to saying whether a new motorcyle is good, bad or indifferent.

And to mark 60 years of publication, we are proud to prompt maybe the most controversial debate yet!

It’s all very well getting a handful of bikes together from a particular genre and saying which one wins, butto collate a list of the bestbikes from the last 60 years has got to take the biscuit.

The list itself will cause great debate and many a raised eyebrow – over some that we’ve not included. I am already looking forward to the phonecalls and emails.

But celebrating awesome machines and creating lively debate is what MCN has been all about for more than 3000 issues.

Between now and the end of the year we will keep the argument, over which bike is best, raging and we want you to get involved. Cast your vote, send in tales and pictures as you make a case for your personal favourite.
