Top five summer textile riding jackets for under £200

1 of 5

The typical British summer conditions are almost screaming out for a textile riding jacket. On any given day temperatures can range from eight degrees to 28 and we can go from heavy rain to arid heat in the space of 30 minutes.

A good textile jacket has all scenarios covered, with a waterproof membrane to repel water, removable thermal liners for those cold mornings and vents to drag in air when the mercury gets all giddy. Here are our top five from the wide range available on the MCN Shop.

Dainese Laguna Seca D-Dry, £199.99

Armoured textile jacket available in a wide range of colours that’s protected from the rain by a removable breathable waterproof membrane on the inside and a water-resistant treatment on the outer. It also has a removable thermal liner, reflective inserts to boost visibility at night and two outside pockets, plus a waterproof inner pocket.
