The new Indian Chief Dark Horse will be shown for the first time in Europe at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle show at Dockland’s Excel on Saturday February 14.

The launch of the bike is the latest step the reborn Indian motorcycle company is taking since it was bought by the giant Polaris Industries parent company and is attempting to take a slice of the massive global market so completely dominated by Harley-Davidson.

At the moment Indian is only releasing this teaser image showing the famous Indian Chief head mascot mounted on a matte black front mudguard but the bike will be revealed for the first time at a bike show in Chicago on February 13. The next morning the bike will be seen for the first time outside America at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle show.

The Indian Chief Dark Horse uses the same newly-designed 1811cc V-twin used in the rest of the Chief and Chieftain range.

The Indian Motorcycle display at MCN London will feature the entire lineup of 2015 models, including the all new Scout, Roadmaster and 2015 Chief line-up, Indian Motorcycle apparel and accessories.

The London show opens on Friday February 13 and runs through to Sunday February 15 and will feature displays by all of the major motorcycle manufacturers, a the Slide live action show, nine of Valentino Rossi’s MotoGP bikes and a collection of 10 famous Norton rotary racing bikes.
