Suzuki slashes £1000 off prices

Suzuki has announced it is knocking £1000 off a range of bike for a limited period of time to include the entire GSX-R range, V-Strom 650, GSR750, GSX1250FA and Burgman 650 Executive.

The offer starts today (August 1) and runs through to September 30, 2014. It’s no secret Suzuki has been one of the hardest hit by a drop in UK sales in recent years as it struggles to match rivals in many sectors. New models like the V-Strom 1000 are helping but the massive drop in sportsbike sales has hit Suzuki particularly hard as it has such a sportsbike oriented range with the four-strong GSX-R models from 600 to 1300cc versions.

A Suzuki statement reads: “The new offer means the award-winning GSR750 is available for just £5999, while the iconic GSX-R1000 comes in at under £10,000. The offer also includes the popular V-Strom 650, which is available for only £5899.
The reduced RRPs also make for some attractive finance deals with low monthly repayments available on a range of models.”

Suzuki GB’s National Sales Manager Jonathan Martin said: “We’re always looking to give customers the best value deals possible, and we’re delighted to be able to announced a £1000 price drop on key models for a limited period.
“The reduced RRP makes buying a new Suzuki outright even easier, while also meaning customers looking for a finance deal can get some extremely low monthly repayments.”

Models featured in the offer include the full complement of GSX-R1000, 750 and 600, Hayabusa, V-Strom 650, GSR750, GSX1250FA, and Burgman 650 Executive.
