Arai 2013 TT replica revealed

The fourth Arai official TT replica helmet has been unveiled, and it echoes the famous yellow and black colourscheme of TT legend Joey Dunlop.

The design is part of Arai’s backing of the TT races and the helmet will be worn in this year’s races by Bruce Anstey, as well as the travelling marshals who follow the race around the circuit to deal with incidents.

The production run is limited to 225 helmets for the UK and Ireland, and they are being sold exclusively by Northern Ireland dealer Crossan Motorcycles, for £775.

The RX-7 GP is an outright race helmet and it has removable lining, double D-ring fastening system and a visor with Pinlock anti-mist insert. It’s scores four stars out of five in the UK Government’s Sharp impact tests.
