Nothing done about my accident?

Late last year I was hit whilst riding my motorcycle. The car rushed out of a junction and drove straight into my side. Shortly after, he carried on with his care-free day and drove away with little or no hesstiation.

I reported the incident shortly after and nothing was done. Cameras were near by at traffic lights, but somehow no information of the driver was obtained. I had attended the police station at least three or four times and they phoned me a similar amount of times.

Today I received a letter from the police after paying a £10 fee for requested information. In this letter it was said they had no information and information was potentially deleted within the three year period in which I am entitled to make a claim, I was unable to work due to this accident and such a small amount was done.
