Poll: Retro Scott race suit

MCN road tester Adam ‘Chad’ Child has just taken delivery of this new leather race suit, made by British firm Scott.

The suit is based on the suits worn by Barry Sheene and Mick Grant in 1977 and features CE approved triple stitching, Knox body armour throughout, including removable back protector.

Most of the office like the retro-style of the suit, but back in 2009 Chad received a set of Dainese Tattoo leathers, which didn’t go down so well. Do you think his taste has improved?

The suit as you see it in the pictures costs £850 made to measure and Scott Leathers will be at the Carole Nash MCN Motorcycle show from 2-5 February.
