Foggy joins Italian Legendary Tour

Carl Fogarty has just joined the star-studded Italian Legendary Tour which started today (Wednesday) in Italy.

The event, organised by Dainese-AGV, saw 50 riders depart the clothing manufacturer’s Vicenza headquarters to ride for three days through lakes area of Northern Italy.

Other stars tour include Giacomo Agostini, Marco Lucchinelli and current MotoGP star Marco Simoncelli, who are joining competition winners, journalists and Dainese dealers from around the globe on the event riding a variety of motorcycles from Ducati, MV Agusta, Honda, Yamaha and Benelli.

This is the third year the event has been run and for the first time will have two legs open to the public: The stars will meet fans and narrate the first two days of the tour on Friday at the Hangar Aereo Club in Como, Via Masia 44. While the final day on Saturday will feature a Dainese and Fiat press conference attended by Marco Lucchinelli and motocross world champion David Philippaerts.
