Demo from Durham services

Glad to report the actions of Durham police were the complete opposite to their counterparts in Northumbria, as usual.

I did the demo from Durham services northbound to the Washington services. Durham police blocked the A177 to allow us out of the service station, and blocked the A1M northbound with two cars, so we could all come down in the slip road safely. No bikers were dicking about, and the demo went really well.

Moral is: If you are helpful and treat people as sensible adults they respond by acting sensibly. Lets hope the powers in Brussels in London have taken note.

This was a warning shot to them. Let them imagine if we repeat this at 9:00am on a working Monday or 11:00am on a Bank Holiday Monday. Fight for your rights!
