Crescent Suzuki - excellent service

Last year I bought the BSB Crescent Suzuki Worx race replica – a truly amazing bike.

In January of this year (on a cold day with cold tyres) I came off and basically spent the next three months arguing with the insurance company about the cost of the repairs. With some pressure from Sarah at Crescent Suzuki, verwood, a lot of phone calls and some patience we just about got the correct pay out.

The most impressive part of this story is that Crescent managed to repair my bike and return it back to my door step with a week to go so I could go on my pre-booked trip to the Col de Terini pass in the South of France – as they had promised me in January.
