New kid on the block

It was with some trepidation and angst that the latest star of Yamaha decided to take the plunge and battle for a place with some of the world’s best at the only night race of the season.

These photo’s were seemingly taken at free practice – the clearly young but talented rider was a little unsure of night racing, but seemed enthusiastic.

A source close to him (Mum) has revealed her disappoinment with the mechanical trouble he suffered (as shown) and promptly gave him chocolate.

The young superstar was overheard later stating: “Riiiide, Whellieeeeeeeeeeeeeee and Fast”.

Here’s hoping the mechanical issues can be overcome in time for the next Race!
