Kiyonari HM Plant Honda Fireblade up for grabs

An ex-Ryuichi Kiyonari, BSB championship-winning CBR1000RR, is one of the star sale items at an auction next week.

The bike, which won the series in 2006 and 2007 in HM Plant livery, is ultra rare in being a genuine works machine prepared by HRC in Japan which almost never come onto the open market. Find a Honda Fireblade for sale. As such it is expected to sell for between £70 and £80,000 at the H&H sale at Buxton next Wednesday, July 20.

Kiyo campaigned the machine to 11 victories, two second places and three thirds in 2006 with a further nine wins, four seconds and five thirds the following year. The bike is being sold by Honda UK and is offered in ‘as-raced’ condition.

Other highlights of the combined motorcycle and car sale is a 1938 Brough Superior SS100, an ex-Team Hawk Kawasaki ZX750M racer and a 1960 AJS 7R.
