Silverstone Circuit launches 24/7 radio show

Silverstone circuit is to launch its own 24-hour radio station dedicated to all things motorsport.

Silverstone Radio will be accessible via the internet at www.Silverstone.co.uk and on radio at all Silverstone events by tuning in to 87.7FM. Starting date and time for transmission of Silverstone Radio is Monday 18 April, 12-noon.

Motorcycling will feature heavily on the show with the experienced voice of TV presenter and sports anchorman Paul Musselle. A dedicated motorcycling slot is earmarked for Thursday evenings at 9.00pm. Guest presenters will be present at all bike events as well as live commentary during race times.

To celebrate the launch of Silverstone Radio, during the first week on air, listeners will get the chance to enter various competitions with prizes that include access-to-behind-the-scenes tickets for the AirAsia British Grand Prix round of MotoGP.
