Knotts Motorcycles of Stratford Upon Avon reopens

Knotts Motorcycles of Stratford Upon Avon has reopened after it was recently shut after 35 years of service.

The Blade Group purchased the dealership and retained eight of the nine staff members.

Blade Group Motorcycle Division General Manager Chris Waldron said: “These are tough times for bike retailers and even well run, long-established dealerships have struggled with the generally poor economy and inflexible banking services, but in the case of Knotts what we have is a genuine phoenix from the ashes!”

Knotts Motorcycles will host a re-launch party May 7 and 8, including live music, test rides, prize draws, an auction, food and drink, and a mystery guest.

The Blade Group owns 18 car and motorcycle franchises in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire, selling Honda, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Victory, MV Agusta, and Kymco motorcycles and scooters.
