Stunt ride up for grabs

Ever wanted to be a stunt rider’s pillion? Now’s your chance.

Stunt rider Dave Coates’ is auctioning a ride on the pillion of his Yamaha R1 and/or YZF450 quad bike, which will be professionally photographed, to raise money to save The Forum Music Centre, Darlington, from closure.

The auction takes place on Sunday September 27 at the Forum Centre , Darlington. But if anyone wants bid in advance by phone they can do so via 01325 363135.

Dave says: “We will go through some of the tricks I do in my shows such as stoppies, wheelies and two-wheeling the quad which will be photographed by professional photographer David Stephenson. Afterwards they will get a framed photo.”
