How could recalls be improved?

Every year thousand of bikes are recalled for safety reasons. On average it takes 18 months for approximately 90% of the affected bikes to be inspected and repaired.

This means lots of us ride around on bikes with potentially serious safety issues. Please take part in our short survey of bike and other vehicle owners and give us your views on how communication of recalls could be improved.
